Welcome to the City of Dinuba Permits Portal

The City of Dinuba is pleased to offer a portal where you can submit electronic building applications for both Commercial and Residential permit services. This software will expedite rooftop photovoltaic including battery storage along with reroofing permits that would ordinarily have to go through a plan checking process.

*Prior to Contractors submitting an application for automated solar plan review and permitting with the City of Dinuba, all projects must satisfy established criteria. SolarAPP+ is designed to verify code compliance for most roof-mounted retrofit photovoltaic systems. Applicants should consult the Eligibility Checklist that can be found on SolarApp+ to confirm whether their project qualifies. Only those that meet the listed requirements may proceed through the SolarAPP+ portal for instant permit issuance. Projects that fall outside of these guidelines must be submitted for traditional plan review following the City of Dinuba’s solar submittal standards.

Contractor Access

If you are not an established a business license with the City of Dinuba complete the Contractors Business License application that can be submitted via email or delivered to City of Dinuba's Public Works office at 1088 E Kamm Avenue. Resident Access

Currently, reroof permits are the ONLY permit type available to residents through the City of Dinuba’s ePermits service.
