Welcome to the City of Dinuba Permits Portal

The City of Dinuba is pleased to offer a portal where you can submit electronic building applications for both Commercial and Residential permit services. The current allowable permit types include Rooftop Photovoltaic and Reroofs.

Contractor Access

If you are not an established contractor/sub-contractor with the City of Dinuba please go to our website www.dinuba.org to complete and submit the application or contact our office via phone 559-591-5924.


Activate Account - Contractors who are already registered with the city may activate their account online.
